  • FIERCE HIPHOP FITNESS

    A 30-60-minute Hip-Hop and R&B class incorporating a High-Intensity Interval Training(HIIT) pace with rhythm. These choreographies are designed for beginners and dance professionals looking to train cardio, tone the body, and build confidence.

  • Fierce step

    A 30-60 minute full body workout incorporating steps. We tackle squats, burpees, and focus on basic but in depth fitness moves to give you a good sweat!

  • FIERCE KICKBOXING

    A 30-60 minute full body workout created for every fitness level to enjoy. Fierce Kickboxing focuses on boxing sequences that are synchronized to the beat of the music.

  • FIERCE FLOW

    A 30-60 minute class focusing on stretching to the beat of R&B music. This class is especially beneficial to anyone working through physical therapy, recovery from workouts, and/or looking to build their flexibility.

  • *NEW* FIERCE X

    A 30-60 minute heels class available to all levels of fitness. While most heels classes require mandatory heels, this is optional. This class includes slow sexy movements that allow you to enjoy a more choreography/dance focused class.

  • *NEW* FIERCE POWER

    A 30-60 minute full body strength building & body sculpting H.I.I.T workout. Focusing on building muscle, booty, core, and cardio this format is for all levels of fitness who are looking to grow.
